I'd say either the school from Kanon or the school from Clannad.

Kanon, just because all of the people are really nice.

Clannad because... well, any school with cool legends like a ghost student, or a girl who is exempt from classes to read must be awesome.

Cross Academy is an interesting school..

It has day and night classes... day class are for humans.. night classes are for vampires..

plus.. beautiful students
