[2009-10-19] New page layouts! Front page, anime, drama

Let me know what you think! Oh yeah, the top navigation bar is also changed =) I know some links are missing, but they didnt get much usage so they are gone =*( like chat, crunchyland, etc. There are still ways to get to them if you look hard enough =).

It's too long, I don't want to scroll that much to see the entire main page. New navigation bar. Meh. It's good either way. Filtering video's was the best thing that came from this. I particularly like how the thumbnails are alphabetized. My thoughts are that at the moment CR should start focusing more on fixing the new video player instead of stuff like this. -moose

The right side with pulse, forums and all that is way too much it should go. Also listing all the anime's and drama's down at the bottom of the page just clutters it up too much down there making you scroll too much. You have the navigation bar at the top for people to get to areas to view that stuff. The new filtering for Anime and Drama is nice.. So I'd say go back to the old front page, make it easier to find those links to the navigation buttons you remove. Like one category that contains all them under it when you click it.

Fencedude 48051 cr points Send Message: 30 Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 10/19/09 Ok, you need to fix Asura Cryin and Natsu no Arashi, both show the 12th and 13th episodes of their first seasons as the most "Recent" episodes. I sent you a bug report about this a while ago, but it still needs to be fixed. The list of Simulcasts using the show logos was very simple and easy to use, I can deal with it how it is now, but it is sub-optimal. What may be more useful is to sort them by what day the air. Create a chart on either the front page, or another page, divided up into seven columns, and list each show that airs each day, along with what time of day they air, linking to the show's pages.

The countdown schedule is gone which was very handy and the simulcast schedules are not in order by date. Also, I can't see when new Eyeshield 21 is coming out. I'd prefer if it would switch it back to the old format.
