What is true justice. Who truely is the one who decides what is right and wrong.
I noticed that Ukitake wanted something explained when him and shunsui were fighting Yamamoto. He wanted to know who decides true justice. is that position the spot that Aizen is wanting or what? I don't know if that's what he was talking about. But then that takes us back to where Old man Yamamoto was talking about the holy palace. The holy palace was (I thought) where god was. He god is king to both world of the living and dead? I thought that was what it meant. Am I wrong? |

Utitake was right about who decides true justice and the unhelpful answer is no one. I mean, unless your God, no one can decide true justice. Aizen has the same sense but a different view of it. Maybe something terrible happened in his past. And God is the king to both the world of the living and the dead. |

I thought of this basically because when Ukitaki ask that question, Yamamoto went silence and said "no more talk." He knows it too. Old Yama is confused himself or is just trying to hide it sense he knows where the key is to the holy palace |

Technically, the king only rules over Soul Society.

I'm not too sure about this myself. Aizen said the throne of God was empty (or something along those lines), but that could just be his excuse for wanting that place. As for your question of what God is the king of, if Bleach goes by the normal definition of God, then God is the king of all existence. Still, it's a topic that they don't visit too often so I can't be sure of all of this.
