The movie sucked big time. Not a very good story, bad actors (lol xD I don't know if they're SUPPOSE to act like that), and all in all, BORING.

I'll join with the haters. Slow, dull, and predictable. I was amazed that someone in the theater actually screamed at the end, since if you've seen the trailer (and or a horror movie in your life) you should know what will happen. Do not watch.

i got verry disapointed on this movie heard that it was soo scary and it was not scary at all one of the worst movies ive ever seen tbh ...

well, i really wanted to see it, but i am not just lucky enough, i dont have someone to see it with in the movie house..

SPOILER ALERT:

some say it's boring cuz they were just waiting for something to happen and it's only the view of the room, but man, when i saw the spirits taking its moment(at the trailer). i think i might faint.

i only heard the storyline and some scary parts from a classmate who saw it but damn even that made me scared especially when i wanted to go to bed.

these types of movies dont scare me at all
on the other hand gory ones do like saw (;

It was not scary to me. I think that I may have also been due to the fact that I watched Ghost Hunters for many years prior to seeing this, so that takes the scares away from the movie. Their scientific methods and explanations in that show, allow me to understand the paranormal a little better, so the movie didn't have much effect on me, as everything that was in the movie has already been explained in that show. If I had a demonic entity in my house, I would be really scared, which was going on in my mind the entirety of the movie and every time I watch Ghost Hunters. This movie, not so much.

In my opinion it wasn't as scary as some people said it was. It's pretty slow and it gradually builds up towards the climax.
I didn't experience any climax in the movie though >>
so it was a bit disappointing.

I want to see this movie,they say it's kind of scary so i'm curious to see it...

it's scary in parts, where it lacks is when you know somethings going to happen due to the camera being fast fwd.
i was completely creeped out tbh...since i found everything quite unsettling. ohwell, i've got over it now..bleh..

Lake Mungo.

lake mungo and noroi are pretty similar to paranormal with their own kind of rhythm...(they're REALLY SLOW.. turtle pace slow.)
however, they both have nice touches and lake mungo in particular is like reading: where's wally.

[rec] on the otherhand, is a completely different kettle of fish though...it's zombie flick...

hm some say scary/nice some say not scary/worst movie... well i had a friend who wanted to watch it but was underage -.- it was in the movies and rated nc16. gah the trailer looks damn nice sia. one part a audience jump up while watching the movie, my other friend laugh like crazy (siao) -.- but it was funny haha.
