Hey I didnt know you knew Yung kee too! I recommend it as well, Just off LKF (popular nightclub/bar street for foreign people), good value, not too high class, value for money, specialising in Duck, goose mainly etc., but still have very nice dishes.

For snacks: You guys gotta try eating 魚蛋 (6HKD) and 雞蛋仔 (10HKD) from the street vendors. A good place to get em would be in front of times square : D They are simply mouthwatering.
For meals: Jade, Mitsubishi Teppanyaki, Pokka cafe ：D all equally good

It really depends what you want. I mean since I live there, I don't usually consider the local food something I would deliberately go to or love. For me I'd be dining Italian or something else. My favourite in that category would be Antipasto located in Wanchai.
Go check it out! I love their Aglio Olio~

Meh, Genki Sushi isn't BAD but there are so many other, better sushi joints in Hong Kong. A Personal favorite of mine is Kyoto Joes in... Lan Kwai Fong I believe? I gotta agree though, Hong Kong Dim Sum is the best IN THE WORLD.

Are there any cheap vegeterian places in Hong Kong? I can live on noodles for my whole life, but no noodles with pig meat or any other meat. Good joints with affordable vegetable/noodle food around?
