Maybe...drawing contest...(something new) And it can start at 1st November!
And the theme for drawings can be "Christmas" and end at 1st December!

well then how abooooooout.....mm....all i can think about is just putting it as the group's avatar or maybe we can put it somewhere in the group's profile and give it the title of the best...something

where people can request for t-shirt's designs?
my friends like to make their own shirt..
that's where this idea came from..
