After I read "Doushitemo Furetakunai" and "Sojou no Koi wa Nido Haneru" I couldn't enjoy Yaoi as I used to, because nothing was as good and complex as these two.
Yes, Junjou and Sekaiichi are cute and funny, but it became a little repetitive for me. I wish I could find something I like as much as I liked Doushitemo and Sojou no Koi. |

I enjoy it because the stories are WAY MORE INTERESTING. I feel like the stories are more creative and the characters have a more intense relationship.
Although, josei manga aren't as bad. |

When I first read Yaoi back in middle school, I was appalled. The scenes were way too much for me! But even though I felt that it wasn't my thing I still kept on reading and finding more shounen-ai and yaoi manga series. It's crazy and addicting. I swear it's like, once you read any BL manga...You, my dear friend, cannot ever go back to the same person you were before that. It is quite sad too actually how I find BL to be so much more interesting, appealing, and hotter than the love within shoujos & joseis...

I have both manga and novels in paperback and on my nook. Wasn't to thrilled with how the mangas looked on the nook color/tablet but then I got the new Nook Hd Tablet(the one that is almost equal to the IPAD except the screen is a 9 inch screen compared to the IPADS 9.7 something inch screen)and found that I will be buying more manga on my nook now since it is easily read and has the zoom screen unlike the other nooks.

I picked up After School Nightmare from the Public Library not completely sure what it was about, but the basic premise was interesting enough to get me to check out the whole series.
My first experiece with Yaoi-ish manga (does it qualify since only his upper half was a boy?), but it was an interesting read with a GREAT ending that almost brought me to tears. |

I havent read it yet but I'll put that on my "to-read" list.
I like yaoi..setting aside the explicit scenes and BL but guys in yaoi are hunkies (well mostly the seme) and there are yaoi stories that has touched my heart. The story is heart-warming and can make you smile because of the romance xDD And as far as I go, these are the yaois I've read that are pretty good. You can try it out. 1. You're my loveprize in view finder 2. New York New York 3. Kizuna 3. Michiru Heya 4. Totally Captivated 5. Rin! 6. Seven days 7. Dear Green: Hitomi no Ounowa 8. Little Butterfly 9. Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi 10. Junjou Romantica 12. Kyuuso wa Cheese no Yume wo Miru 13. Okane Ga Nai 14. Love Stage!! 15. Koi ga Bokura o Yurusu Hani |
