Anyone else having problems with member only video? I've logged in via Boxee, but the video list never changed. I can access and watch videos from non-member content, but the latest episodes and Fairy Tail do not show up when logged in. I submitted a help-ticket to Boxee, but I have no idea if this is a Boxee issue or Crunchyroll issue, and if more users are experiencing this.

One other complaint is it seems that the Crunchyroll bar is on screen the entire time. So you have Boxee's timeline bar + pause buttons which disappear, and then you have Crunchyroll's timeline bar + pause buttons which stays on screen during the entire video. That definitely needs to be fixed because it's quite annoying to see the bar up while watching the video and not to mention that two bars is redundant.

Overall it's a good start, but definitely has some issues.

Cool, but I thought Boxee was a set top box like Roku or something. If it's just software, you could already do this by plugging your PC up to your computer and using a remote control. My 360 controller function like a mouse and Crunchyroll is one of the sites that auto pops up whenever I load Chrome so this isn't that useful for me.

Cool looking interface though.

I will have to try it out.

It's great watching CR on HDTV - its what I do now. But maybe this will make my experience better or easier.

that goes for my too ^^'

Its really easy, I haven't used a monitor for any of my computers for the past 6 years, Ive always just used a big screen or plasma with wireless keyboard and mouse. It only takes a simple cable switch. If you have a dvi port on the back of you computer for video (a lot of newer computers will have this or possibly even an HDMI port) You just buy a small dvi to HDMI converter piece (if you dont already have and HDMI port) that runs about $5-10 (U.S.) and screw that in. Any person in a Best Buy or Radio Shack or other electronics store will know what you're talking about. Then you plug an HDMI cable into that little piece and plug it into computer. Run that to TV and voila C.R. on TV. If you dont have a dvi port than you can buy a VGA converter piece and follow the same steps. You might have to play around with video settings to fit to screen especially if it is an older card that was made befor most computer monitors had a wide aspect ratio.

* You might run into a bit of trouble doing this if you have an older computer that only uses integrated graphics instead of a separate video card especially if you are trying to use a tv with a 16:9 aspect ratio like a plasma. If so I'd recommend spending $30 (or probably less over internet) to get a video card.

Image Say that again! That's funny... If only we could watch CR on our TV's by connecting a PC and a computer together. Image

good times... Image

Sorry, but that won't work. You need to connect to the internet at home with the tv you're using.

Unfortunately, the Boxee software sucks. It cant handle multi-monitor setups. You have to use your "primary" monitor as the TV display, which is impossible for most of us with laptops to do, and mirroring the displays reduces the resolution of the output. I will stick to my own methods for displaying it on my TV (move the web browser to the TV "monitor" and click the FullScreen button) for now. Boxee has quite a ways to go before they are really going to be mainstream.

Well i watch them on my tv just fine using windows and S-video cable plug right into video card and to the tv (this one has a s-video in jack) Witch is what you got to do in the first place with the software talked about here.

This was done with Windows Xp after everythings pluged up tv and computer. If your computer was on when you pluged them in restart your comp!

R-Click background L-Click>Properties L-Click>Settings tab on the top right you. At that point you will see two boxs labled 1 & 2 and R-Click> the # 2 box and R-click Attatched. then L-Click Apply and OK

and bam you computer screen and tv are attached together i just pick an anime and drag it to my TV and turn up my computer speakers(pritty decent set w/subwolfer to boot) and we have CR ON TV WOO!

and note my computer and tv are close together so it was pritty cheap for a 6 foot cable.
