I dropped K-On. I managed to finish season 1 , but dropped it half way on season 2. I don't know why people love it. The series is so peaceful that it becomes boring; no romance, no jokes whatsoever; just a group of high school girls drinks tea in most of the episodes.

We love it because in a world of chaos, peace is nice for a change :)

And I just dropped We, Without Wings... After ep. 2?

It became too much when little girls were making sexual innuendos, I thought the name sounded really cool so I was excited for it, but...yeah, no...

I have a rule that once I start watching something I finish it. I almost never drop anime. I wanted to drop Vampire Knight because it was just so boring and bad, but I kept watching to the finish.

The only anime I have dropped for good are Kirby: Right Back At Ya! (weak plot, even for a kid's show, flat, unlikeable characters, very boring in general, and obvious CGI everywhere) and Sonic X (I actually first discovered Sonic through this series. I loved it as a kid, now... not so much. I got about halfway through)

Also, what's with all the people dropping Kokoro Connect because of the prank controversy? Yes, it was a very mean prank, and they need to apologise, but it's not like it really affects the show itself. I'll keep watching it, but I won't buy any merchandise related to the anime. From what I've heard, DVD sales for Kokoro Connect actually have dropped over in Japan because of the prank.

Nabari no ou- I felt like I completely wasted my time watching it

*Warning- MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS*
I actually really liked the first few episodes, it had a good story going and had a lot of potential but the creators completely butchered it the last few episodes, the ending wasn't satisfying at all. What was really disappointing was that although many of the characters had the potential to be really awesome, they ended up being the most useless. For example, Tobari sensei could have been an important and a key character since he was involved with Miharu and the Shinra Banshou from the start, but he ended up doing nothing and chickening out when Miharu needed him most (I mean COME ON, wasn't he the one who "swore to protect him").

There were also a lot of loose ends.
We never find out Yoite's past that was said to have lead him to his destruction, Koichi and the cat's wishes are never granted and also the whole story revolves around granting Yoite's wish using the Shinra Banshou, and everything that happened in the anime was for activating it, yet in the end Miharu didn't even use the damn thing, which means the first 25 episodes were pretty much pointless.

After watching it, I realized it was just a bunch of events that lead to nothing. I felt like the creators rushed it too much at the end.
The characters were lovable, the initial plot was intriguing and the character designs were beautiful. Honestly they had the formula to create an incredible anime, but obviously something went very wrong.

Ugh oh well, I heard the manga's actually really different and a lot better, so I suppose it was just the anime adaption that was awful.
