Hey guys!

If you didn't notice already, we officially launched Yumeiro Patissiere yesterday at 3:30pm PST and it will launch every Saturday at 3:30pm PST. I couldn't stop my mouth from watering while watching all the delicious sweets! All the desserts look AMAZING and I can't wait to see the "even better" cake that Ichigo Amano is going to make for Ringo-chan.

If you liked the guardian characters in Shugo Chara, this series has something similar with certain characters having "Sweets Spirits". Only the select few with "spirits" can see others' "spirits". Amano's spirit, "Vanilla" has already met "Chocolat". What other spirits are we bound to meet?

We're already 6 episodes in so make sure you check it out and let me know how you like it!

Here's a brief synopsis:
According to Ichigo Amano, she doesn’t do anything better other than eating cake. She can’t find anything she wants to do everyday other than attending St. Mary Academy. However, when she meets Professor Henry, her fate changes. She discovers that she wants to reproduce the flavors that her grandma used to make! So begins the discovery of her dream!

In order to accomplish her dream, Ichigo moves into St. Mary and visits the legendary spirit of Sweets! She is still just a beginner so there are a series of failures but she puts all her passion into making sweets so she can get better one step at a time.

Ichigo’s dream has just begun!!

This one is kind of a mix between Shugo Chara, Gakuen Alice and Kitchen Princess. Should fill the space left open for those who dropped Shugo Chara Party.

Indeed, it's good for precisely that role. That's probably the situation for many, and this is certainly cute enough to take such an important role ; )

It's nice. I watched it some other place. it's similar to Shugo Chara. But, not as nice as Shugo Chara <3

I think it would be nice if they included recipes in the episodes so we could make some of those delicious looking sweets for ourselves.

So far I think it's a neat show with a lot of interesting ideas as far as making sweets go. Personally I attend a culinary school for pastry and baking, so it's pretty funny to see a lot of the things I go through in my own classes in an anime. So many french words and names to learn... and when she opened the oven and deflated all the puffs I almost laughed my drink through my nose (the same thing happened to half my class when we were making puff pastries)
