if the video didnt appear but picture appear thats mean the series has been removed due to copyright issue. or there may be any other causes like country restriction ext. anyway the player is having some problem for the meantime so if you have some problem just browse around the FAQ threads instead of starting a new thread.

You're probably talking about a problem that causes the video player to not load.

Going to this page, un-checkmarking and re-checkmarking the 2 boxes will most likely fix your problem.

I'll need the following information:

What browser are you using?
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Have you tried closing and reopening the browser after doing what I previously asked you to do?
Have you tried using more than 1 browser?
Are you having problems with all videos? For example, can you access the following video?
http://www.crunchyroll.com/media-509768/naruto-shippuden-1/

I'll also need you to follow the instructions below if you are using a Windows computer so that I can see what server you are streaming from as well as some other pertinent information.

1) Click the Start button and then click on Run.

2) In the Run window, type "cmd" without quotation marks and press Enter/OK.

3) When the black Command Prompt opens, type in "nslookup cp71915.edgefcs.net" without the quotation marks and press Enter.

4) Type "ping cp71915.edgefcs.net" without the quotation marks and press Enter.

5) Type "tracert cp71915.edgefcs.net" without the quotation marks and press Enter.

6) When those commands are done, right click anywhere in the command prompt, click Select All and press Enter to copy the text. Then paste it in a reply to this message and I'll check it out.

Example:

I would suggest trying a different browser like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. There may be an issue with your Firefox browser that is causing this to happen, for example, an extension you have installed. To rule this out, you need to try another browser.

If you still have issues on another browser, do you have a Firewall?

I've been unable to watch anything for the past few days as well, it just started happening about a week ago. Not sure why. I know I don't have any kind of extensions that would (possibly) cause this.

I haven't tried using another browser yet, and I have no clue on how to clear my cache ¬_¬;;;;

I know for a fact that my Firewall isn't causing this too.
