One piece and Fairy tail

MY OPINION

In my top anime list. one piece is the first and than fairy tail which is the fourth however there alot of people comparing it saying that Fairy Tail will beat One piece which is the one of the top animes.

However , i prefer one piece i feel that it has an more organized plot and when you look through the chapters you find that even the earliest chapters are somehow connected with the lastest chapters. It also has a great character analysis and humor.

I read fairy tail. It is an fun manga and somehow makes me happy . However , i feel like the story has not really started yet ( however i have not really got to the lastest chapter yet)

AND for those who say one piece and fairy tail are similiar yes the art is but the storyline is not in my opinion.

People who find it bad mostly....

The fights are rushed and power is unbalanced. They make these S class mages to be practly like gods that no one can hope to match, because the main characters never really gain any power thoughtout the manga. They just stay the same dispite more and more overpowered bad guys poping up. Because of this while reading, it felt more like a chore to slog though another pridictable fight of, main character gets angry gets butt kicked, gets more angry gets butt kicked, gets SUPER angry gets butt kicked before help comes or does something stupid. After the fight there is no progression of the characters abilites at all.- end


At its best, Fairy Tail never achieves anything more than mediocrity. With a forgettable plot, characters and artwork, i can see no good reason why anyone should pick up this manga. By all means, read it if you want to see a exceedingly average and generic example of the genre but expect nothing more.

And the laughable comparisons with the other so-called similar manga need to stop. Its like comparing a sway-backed pony with a thoroughbred.- end

As for how Fairy Tail stands on it's own, it's definitely still in a development stage. Reflecting on the first few arcs they're basically just thinly veiled back story under the guise of a mission in order to make the story feel like it's progressing when it actually hasn't even really started yet. Yes there is a slight amount of story that has been given to us in the first 100 chapters but currently the manga is still introducing us to the characters and the world more than anything else. That said, this next arc gives the impression that the story is about to take off, but we'll have to wait and see.

Bottom line, if you like One Piece you're probably already reading this. If you don't like One Piece it's probably because you have bad taste or you never gave it a chance. If the latter give this a try because it gives a similar experience but is more palatable due to faster pacing and prettier art. end


People who find it awesome


It's good for a fun (light-hearted) read and you are introduced to some pretty interesting characters as you read along. Though if you're an all go for personal character development, you'll be feeling let down as it isn't quite the central focus of the manga here.rating is 10/10-end

it kinda reminds me of one of my favourites fantasy series c:. All the chapters in it are narrated by one different main character.

The characters grow during the story, after ea arch they all aquire something i find.
The enemies arent just evils or w.e they were called, they all have a story, like Gerard, Luxus, or the Mr of Phantom, i think they're well developed. Well, maybe they don't have a super-deep-story that leaves you tearless or w.e behind, but they still have their story and personality.

I think Fairy Tail would make a good online game o.o <3-end

This is almost a perfect series. The storyline always packs a punch and has a great cast of characters. It's written almost like you'd expect the anime series to appear (if there was one). The art is always very clean and has a great modern style. I can't say enough good things about the series but if you enjoy stories like DragonBall and One Piece you can't miss this series-END

To me, One Piece. Fairy Tail, Bleach, Naruto are all good anime. We can't always have what we want. Cause the author have an life as well. We can't complain. We just enjoy what he/she give us. Be glad that we have something to read/watch than nothing at all.
