Yes, a good friend too. It happened over summer a few years back when she got hit by a car on her bike. Back then I didn't really want to accept it and was in denial and didn't want to go to the funeral. I regret that now.

I didn't know that our schools popular

Ehh?? Are you in Mississauga? I'm so sorry, it must have been frightening, I saw something like that on the news and freaked out that it could have been a school that I had gone to..

In April 2 students died in a crash then in May another died in another crash, I think the guy who was driving was charged. I didn't know any of them personally but I had seen them around the school and the entire school just seemed..sad. It was awful.

Well, the kid that died in my school, died in a car accident. Him and four other kids, with three of them being friends whom I am close to, were in the car. With the kid that died driving, they were all coming home from off road driving or something like that, and they thought a car was going to hit them, so he turned the car to try to get out of the way. He turned to sharp and too fast so the truck barrel rolled and he flew out of the window cause he wasnt wearing his seat belt. He was a small guy, I guess that also contributed to him flyin out the window. He was too young to die, and to think that he will never talk to any of his friends, kiss another girl, take another test, or hug his parents ever again is pretty hard to grasp.

most of these people seem to of died in crashes *sigh* i hate it when death is so easily preventable...

although i didnt know him a boy a couple of years down from me when i was in school fell off the roof at his home (i think he was up there for a ligit reason) and fell through a glass roof that was lower down. the worst part was that it wasnt an instant death, he was fighting in hospital for about 2 weeks... about a week before he fell he was filmed doing an amazing gutar solo in the school talen contest and someone asked to play it in the assembly (although they let people leave if they didnt want to see it) i have never seen so many people crying in one room in my life.

when I was in high school, a teacher died. A student was looking for him since they have to talk about the upcoming exam and the tuition fee but he was found dead in his office.... he was already old and everyone was so sad when that happened especially those who knew him for a long time.

Well, when it comes to student death, read this page: (This isn't made up by the way... it's real.)

read about story 4 (the water slide one) before, it leaves out the part that one girl died (and 14 of the 32 others shared a $4 mill settlement!) It happened 12 years ago tho

Well, all stories happened in the philippines and it involves only one school... it might not be the same one as to what you're talking about.

Not recently.

But there was a death of a student when I was in Elementary school. They put a plaque in front the school in remembrance of her. If I'm not mistaken, she got into a car/bus accedent....or a disease...can't remember

Death occurs every now and then. I don't understand why you would want specifically mention school here.
Death of people we hardly know strikes terribly when:
1. The person died when he/she was in a healthy state
2. That person died too young
3. They didn't deserve it
4. The person left a lot behind, i.e. feed a family

I guess my point is that it I disagree with the word 'school' because death will happen eventually regardless of who or where ever you are.
But then if you had taken away the school, it might have turned into a duplicate thread..

I agree T.T
