Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 7/1/10 GIMP is free and really good. as close to photoshop as you can get though a lot of people don't like its interface. SumoPaint is really good too and free. though i don't really prefer it for designing. Paint tool SAI is really good too but it's not free its wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy cheaper than photoshop, i think you can get a free version
