I Agree with you, The Anime is Best, The movie on artwork and technical appearence, was excellent, but I had hoped for a continuation of the series, to close all those loose ends in the story, for a happy ending.

Anime..... Me and my sister found this and we sat and watched almost all of it.
I think its comparable only to the series Lelouch of the Rebellion Full Colors..... How it starts simple but works up to a really good plotline...

The Anime was simply EPIC AND WILL NOT BE TOPPED.... However i love the Movie as well the story was indeed different and was surprising but The alternate story itself was interesting and still showed the Love and Connection between Eureka and Renton that made the series great

all three was good i really liked them all ... but all i didnt understand was the ending of the movie and teh manga its boths weird endings
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide in the manga all coralians die and eureka too but renton thinks shes still alive somewhere i dont understand, and the movie renton dies and then appear with eureka naked and she dosent know how to talk i mean wth?

Anime hands down.
But then, I haven't seen the other two. The reason why is the same reason I won't watch Steel Angel Kurumi 2: Once you get so attached to certain characters and story aspects, it is hard to change to a different version, and bother the Manga and the movie are drastically different than the anime.

I have to say, I never thought these words would come out of my mouth, but after finally getting around to watching the movie, I thought the movie was better.
I will say for the record that I am an avid Eureka Seven fan, and loved the anime in its entirety, but in the end, I was speechless on how amazing the movie was.
If I could change my vote right now, I would vote for the movie, hands down.

The anime was one of the most thrilling I've ever seen. Right behind Code Geass, FMA: Brotherhood and TTGL.
