I have many anime crush.................for example sesshy of inuyasha, zoro of one piece and kyou of fruit basket
But when I start to think about my future normally you wound think of a NORMAL family you know what i mean
But in my personal opinion as long as you only admire them (like buy some stuff toy and poster) its still normal and don't ever think about your future marrying one of those anime character that would be really crazy talk..............................

Liking or being attracted to an anime character is ok. They were made to be good looking or have a great personality so that people will like them. I guess it's only natural for us to admire them and/or dream being with them. I am guilty as one of those people : ).. But being addicted to an anime character is kinda wierd.
I agree with eedna and tasuki92. We live in reality and anime characters are only created by a person imagination. Both parties can't cross that line.

It's not wrong or abnormal for them to do it, just as long as they do realize that they're just fictional characters. It's when they start believing they're real that you need to give them a good smacking, or a few days rest in an asylum. As for me... I develop the stupid crushes on at least one character with every other anime I watch. But I have a boyfriend, he keeps me grounded. We all have those points when we wish characters were real, but most of us have the brains to be able to distinguish fantasy from reality. |
