I went with kuchiyose since it's an actual jutsu. The eyes and kyuubi/gate/cursed mark transformations aren't jutsus. The only ones to me that qualify as jutsu are chidori, kuchiyose and sexy jutsu, the rest are just activated abilities. You could argue that the rasengan is a jutsu, but it doesn't require hand seals to do, and that's the hallmark of a jutsu.

The rest are considered jutsus and categorized as jutsus in the data book.
Doujutsu - Eyes
Unless I'm missing something, Sasuke doesn't seem to use hand seals for his Chidori anymore.

Yes, he seems to have gone to the point where he no longer needs to use hand seals anymore. This is probably because of his genious and use of the Sharingan.
I have to say though, I would love to be able to use Kage Bushin No Jutsu in real life, mostly to freak out my friends, but I'll also be able to multitask and learn things faster.
