Monkey D. Luffy: Gomu-Gomu fruit, gives the ability to stretch any part of the body, yes ANY part of the body
Note: I'm leaving out any gear explanations

Buggy the Clown: Bara-Bara fruit, gives the ability to seperate body parts then put them back together, can be kind of a hassle when someone steals your body parts.

El Drago Goei Goei Fruit, ability to create sound beams to destroy things. (Movie 1)

Honey QueenToro Toro fruit, the ability to turn into liquid, of some sort. (Movie 2, I'm putting this here because it's hard to guage when it is in the series.

Bear King Kachi Kachi fruit, causes your body to become as hard as steel. (Movie 2)

Boo Jack Toge Toge fruit, the ability to grow spikes out of your body. (Movie 2, for some reason these powers seem familiar...all we need is a wax wax fruit)

Smoker: Moku Moku no Mi fruit, gives the ability to create and control smoke,he can also turn into smoke, and for some reason allows him to solidify it as well.

Lady Alvida: Sube-sube fruit, gives the ability to make things slippery including the one who ate the fruit, there's a similar fruit later on in the series.

ApisHiso Hiso, the ability to understand the heart of any animal, or basically comunicate telepathically with animals.

Eric Kama Kama fruit, the ability to launch blades of wind

Mr. 5: Bom Bom Fruit, the ability to make any part of your body explode

Ms. Valentine: Kilo Kilo Fruit, the ability to manipulate the bodies weight, making it as light as a feather or tons heaver

Ms. All Sunday AKA Neco Robin: Hana hana fruit, explained as the ability to make various body parts grow out like flowers

Mr. 3 Dolu Dolu Fruit, the ability to create, control, and manipulate wax.

Vapolu (Wapool) Baku Baku fruit, the ability to eat anything and fuse it with the body, but it seems that the power only works with things eaten that day. Also has the ability to eat things and fuse them together with other things.

Mushuu Noko Noko no mi, the ability to manipulate, and become poison spores (mushroom seeds)

Dalton Ushi Ushi no mi model Bison, has the ability to transform into an bison, alao a half man half bison hybrid. You will see quite a few of these type's of powers later on.

Tony Tony Chopper Hito Hito fruit, the ability to transform into a human whatever hybrid, 3 transformations.
Side note: The rumble ball of chopper's, emits a special frequency that disturbs devil fruit powers allowing him 7 transformations compared tot the normal 3. When ever Chopper eats one rumble ball he is able to control the transformations. Whenever he eats two rumble balls, within a set time limit, it becomes a random selection of what he transforms into, and whenever he eats three the devil power goes out of control rampages through his body and he becomes pretty much an unstoppable monster with no self control, to distinguish friend from foe.

Mr. 2 Mane Mane Fruit, the ability to transform into anybody (even their bodies), his left hand turns it off. You just have to touch the person in order to turn into them. (unfortunately for sanji, he missed a peep show)

Portgas D. Ace Mera mera, the ability to manipulate, control, and become fire.

Pell Tori Tori fruit, the ability to transform into a falcon, basically the same as Daltons...only a falcon.

Crocodile Suna Suna fruit, the ability to create, control, and manipulate sand. (these descriptions are becoming really intricate)

Ms. Merry Christmas Mogu Mogu fruit, the ability to transform into a mole, another one of those animal abilities.

Lasso (Mr. 4's gun) Inu Inu fruit model dachshund, the ability to transform into a dachshund like creature.

Mr. 1 Supa Supa fruit, the ability to transform any part of your body into a blade, sword, sharp object.

Miss Double Finger Toge Toge fruit, the ability to grow spikes from any part of your boddy.
A little side side note that has absolutely nothing to do with fruit powers, Camie is introduced in chapter 195. I didn't think she was introduced until a lot later.
Kahka Inu Inu fruit jackal form, ability to transform into a dog like animal. Jackal to be specific, if you know what that is.

Marine Officer Hina Ori Ori fruit, ability to ensare anything she touches.

General Gasparde Ame Ame fruit, the ability to change your body into a candy syrup

Bellamy Spring Fruit, the ability to turn his body into springs.

Pierre (Ganfalls Bird) Uma Uma Fruit, the ability to transform into a horse, which makes it an interesting combination for a flying horse.

Enel Goro Goro Fruit, the ability to create, control, manipulate, and become lightning

Foxy Noro Noro Fruit, the ability to extremely slow down (basically to the point of standing still) anyone/anything caught in the beam for approximately 30 seconds.

Admiral Aokiji Hie Hie fruit, the ability to create, control, manipulate, and become ice. Comes in handy when you're trying to ride a bike across the ocean.

Cipher Pol 9 Bear (not telling you their name) Doa Doa Fruit, the ability to create gateways through the walls of the atmosphere.

Cipher Pol 9 Bull Neko Neko Fruit model Leopard, the ability to transform into a leopard-man hybrid.

Funkfreed (the elephant) Zou Zou Fruit, either the ability to transform into a sword or an elephant. The definition of Zou is elephant so this may be another one of those cases where somehow an item consumed a fruit.

Jyabura Inu Inu Fruit model wolf, the ability to transform into a wolf-man hybrid.

Cipher Pol 9 Skull Ushi Ushi Fruit, the ability to transform into a man-giraffe hybrid.

Cipher Pol 9 Mysterious Woman Awa Awa Fruit, the ability to control manipulate and BECOME....soap. Whop-de-doo. Oh and you can also create bubbles from any part of your body. Now here's where it gets better, the bubbles can remove anything, stains of dirt all the way to power, and supposedly more. Maybe even clothes.

Marshal Teach Yami Yami Fruit, the ability to crontrol, manipulate, but NOT become darkness/gravitational fields.

Dead Bones Brook Yomi Yomi Fruit, the ability to have two lives, so when you die you can come back. If your soul can find your body that is.

Geko Moria Kage Kage Fruit, the ability to control manipulate and swap with your own shaddow. (Controlling a shadow in essence controls the body because whatever the body does the shadow will do so it just works the opposite way)

Absolom Suke Suke Fruit, the ability to become invisible and anything you touch.

Bartholomew Kuma Paw Paw Fruit, the ability to ability to reflect anything, air attacks even body fatigue.

Basil Hawkings (Not named), the ability to become straw and create moving straw dolls. (Don't know if that's what it really is)

Eustass Captain Kid (Not named), the ability to create magnetic fields repelling or absorbing anything metalitc

Scratchman Apoo (Not Named), The ability to transform into a human music machine, and fight with music.

Trafalgar Law (Not named), the ability to rearrange any ones body caught in his circle.

Jewlery Bonny (Not named), the ability to alter the age of anyone in the surrounding area.

Gang Bege (Not named), The ability to become a fortress (Best way to explain it) and shrink people/things to fit into your body. Anything that leaves assumes it's original size. (cannon balls, horses, an army essentially; is how it's used)

Admiral Kizuru (Not named)The ability to maipulate control and become light. And move at light speed.

Commodore Drake (Not named), the ability to transform into a T-Rex (I'm assuming there are three transformations)

Boa Hancock Mero Mero fruit, the ability to turn anything into stone, can also be used as a projectile, although it only works on things with indecent thoughts, because it doesn't work on Luffy

Boa Sandersonia Hibe Hibe Fruit model anaconda, the ability to transform into an anaconda, and an anaconda mix

Boa Marigold Hibe Hibe Fruit model king cobra, the ability to transform into a king cobra, and a king cobra mix.

Magellan Doku Doku Fruit, the ability to control/manipulate, absorb and become poison

Minotaurus unnamed Devil Fruit, an Awakened Zoan which allows him to take the form of a cow.

Minokoala unnamed Devil Fruit, an Awakened Zoan which allows him to take the form of a koala.
