G-Dragon in hot water

http://seoulbeats.com/2009/12/g-dragon-in-hot-water/

G-Dragon should change his name to G-Controversy because with success comes trouble and G-Dragon is the king of getting himself in hot water. As most of you know, Big Bang’s leader held his first solo concert, “Shine A Light” and thousands of fans came out to support their favorite dragon. Young girls cheered, screamed, cried, and thoroughly enjoyed the concert. Everything was going smoothly for the singer until fans uploaded fancams of the concert on the web.
Here’s where the trouble begins.
During his set for the song “Breathe,” a female dancer comes out. She’s in a sultry dress on G-Dragon’s bed and then the pelvic thrusting, touching, heavy breathing, and fake sex making begins. Netizens stated that the whole performance was to a show a “sex” scene between G-Dragon and his dancer and they were outraged that he would portray such a nasty, adult-like show when most of his audience consisted of young girls.

-videos are in the link, I think the concert would have been better, if G-D didn't use any violence.

It's nasty DD: I don't think it was necessary at all to do that.. G-D.. I don't like you anymore..

He's obviously not a good influence over kids O__O

I hope this helps..

In early November, the Health and Welfare Ministry branch of the government decided that some of G-Dragon's music was no longer suitable for the kids and this prevented any fans under the age of 19 from purchasing his album. The songs most under fire was Korean Dream and She's Gone, as it had suggestive meaning of drug use and inappropriate thoughts.

On December 6th, G-Dragon held his first ever solo concert and he performed these two songs (Korean Dream, and She's Gone). The Ministry of Health and Welfare requested the crown attorney's office to investigate G-Dragon's concert because he sang the restricted songs in question. Like previously mentioned, the songs are labeled as adults only, and the concerts had an age limit of 12 and older and there were a lot of 12 - 14 year olds (under-aged for the song) in attendance. If the song gets rated like that then you're basically not allowed to let minors listen to it. It also didn't help his case when G-Dragon had the controversial said-sexual intercourse routine for Breathe. Officials say that not only were the kids exposed to inappropriate music but also to visual sexual content.

Officials are saying that G-Dragon's music and other content will be under investigation and currently isn't sure how the results will pan out. But if the court rules it against his favor, G-Dragon's work could be prohibited from the Korean public and his albums could no longer be available for purchase for anyone. If convicted, he also may have to pay some hefty fines (almost $200,000). The album already has an R rating but in the Health and Welfare committee's eyes, it's getting out of hand as young kids are still listening and getting their hands on the album.

I saw the films, they weren't anything you wouldn't see at a Madonna or
Lady Gaga concert and people are fine with what they do. You have to
remember, his albumn was rated 19+ for a reason, if you don't apreciate
his new music styling thats up to you. And its up to parents to decide what is
and isn't ok for kids to listen to. He is now an adult muscian, not a baby siiter.
I'll back G Dragon all the way on this, he deserves his free expression.

Eeew... that's super disgusting.

It wasn't even that bad. People need to grow up and stop over exaggerating everything. I mean it's his concert and he can do what he wants. Dang get over it already.

Wow... Just wow. Why does it even matter lol. I mean seriously? His album was rated 19+ for a reason!! Did they think the concert was gonna be any different? Besides he's grown up now and his songs are way more mature then before. He's 21! So of course his lyrics are gonna be a little racy and controversial. It's his music career let him do what he has to do. I personally didn't hear any "heavy breathing" Or see any "dry humping" at all. Whoever said that is exaggerating like crazy lol.

um...ok i'm just gonna say one thing and then i'm done. i'm a 14 year old girl that LOVES GD and when i saw that performance i didn't think it was inappropriate at all. it went with the songs and "Breathe" is obviously about sex so... duh. then with "She's Gone" it's pretty obvious that the girl was killed. and i'm sure GD doesn't go around carrying a knife and smoking (he probably does smoke but i highly doubt he carries a knife around ). and for the parents... if the album was rated 19+.... why would you let your child go see the concert? it's common sense right? why would the concert be any different from the album since he's singing the EXACT same songs?

I watched like 4 times and I still didn't hear the breathing (maybe cause the girls were screaming so loud). I didn't see the the dry humping either... believe me I was looking for it lol. Maybe I had to be there to actually see all the stuff they saw cause I honestly didn't see anything wrong with it...

I personally its alright. I mean whats with all the commotion abt his songs and performance. He's grown up, he can do whatever he wants to do.
look at all the american singers? lady gaga, britney spears? they perform much more explicit stuff than GD did.
If u really are a GD fan, u'll appreciate everything he does and not go like ,'' oh, I don't like him anymore, I'm so disappointed in him.''
For me, I'll support Gd in whatever he does ALL THE WAY no doubt.

wth. It wasn't even that bad. It looked like a hug, only the girl was in a higher position XD.
I don't necessarily blame the artist for what their stage manager put them up to.
YG already apologized about this issue.
