@JRPG_anbu- yea you dont need to be harsh to 360 fans out there. anyways everything you stated is a fact but im not so sure about the voice overs. the game was originally for the ps3 and your right only a fool, lazy, poor gamer will get this for the 360. like how bayonneta was half ass ported to the ps3 it goes the same for FFXIII i guess...

im getting a ps3 just for ff13

and yea i think the dubbing of ff13

is not that bad but the japanese voices are so much better

if international ff13 had japanese voice with subtitles

i would <3 SE

@Mythikus FYI: The PS3 version of Final Fantasy XIII will have an option for "Original" Japanese voice-over dialog in game. The XBOX version of FF XIII will not because of Limited space. They have to use alot of discs for XBOX version. If they added Japanese voice-over they would problably have to add 1 or 2 more Game discs. The foolish gamer who gets the XBOX version of FF XIII might be in the middle of a BOSS fight. All of a sudden they stare at a blank TV screen and a bright "Red Ring of Death" Shining from the XBOX. A PS3 would never shut down or break down for any reason under normal use in a ventillated location. SONY has smart engineers and alot of experience with all forms of electronic products. You can see this by looking at the impressive redesigned PS3 revealed at E3 2009.

P.S. SONY showed the world at E3 2009 why their products are superior and are the Previous-Gen console War Gold Medal Champion.

your my hero

lined up right after square enix ;D

I bought a PS3 because I saw this game comming out. Besides Zelda, it's probably the best game series ever!! I have a feeling that the graphics will be better than the 360. At least we won't have to change the disc!!

still xbox isn't that bad and now xbox gamers can experience final fantasy too.
you can praise ps3 because of blu-ray but that was microsoft's original plan but they figured that would cost too much.

Lol you sad fanboy, YLOD of the PS3 is now more common than the RROD, you should get your facts before trolling. The PS3 FFXIII no longer has the japanese voices with eng subs for the NA/EU edition.

I cant wait for FFXIII its going to be great, not amazing as some are saying but definitly one of the best RPGs this year, aside from Mass Effect 2 anyway. Im suprised it got 4/10 review in a Hong Kong mag.

YLOD? First time I've heard of that. What does it stand for? Yellow Light of Death? lol, Mind giving me some details?
I'm afraid the RROD is still very common also, but it has slowed since the appearance of the 360 Elite.

its not common.. YLOD happens to the first PS3s like the 60GIg with backwards comp. same goes for the 20 gig and 80 gig.
but for the latest models there are no problems at all probly 1 out of 10 will have this kind of problem.

not really every 1 or 2 out of 10 ps3 breaks w/c is normal for a failing rate but the 360 is just too faulty, also the the jasper(360 arcade) of my friend just died recently and it was his 2nd one.

If you keep it in a well ventilated area its very unlikely that it will break, if you dont then your asking to get RROD lol. atleast Microsoft admitted to the problem and extended the warranty, Sony is known to be terrible with warranties, and they rarely admit to anything.

that's the problem it is in a well ventilated area and it was on the basement too w/c is cold. Also extending the warranty isn't really good cuz, extending the warranty means there's something wrong with that brand,

Too cold is bad for electronic equipment and extending a warranty means they have a problem with a product not the brand.
