Hmm, I honestly don't know if it's an ethnicity thing. I'm 3/4 Asian and I'm lactose intolerant, too. Although I can drink at least a small cup of it without noticeable problems.

ive heard that most humans are a little bit lactose intolerant, some worse than others. i don't know if its more prevalent in Asian people though lol

Im asian about to be 20 ya! one more year left before i get to go the gentlemens club. LOL JK. but i still drink milk no problems. yet. a bowl of cereal for breakfast and plain milk at night after i work out.

Mmm yeah, when I was like 1-3 I drank almost a gallon a day,
least thats what my parents said.
Ahh sippy cup.
Now, I just drink a reg cup full cause I hate cereal.
At least the sugary ones.

I never knew about this before.
I am asian but I can drink milk without any problems, same with the rest of my family. My relatives drink milk too, lol.

Well actually at first when I drink a lot of milk my stomach would hurt but as time went on it actually stopped. I guess my stomach adapted lol =p
