Well it seems just this morning this is happening. Anytime I just stay on the front page, http://www.crunchyroll.com/ , while in Firefox the memory usage just keeps going up and never stops till it's so bad the browser crashes. If I click away fast to say the anime page, drama page, forums, library, games, pulse, membership links in the top bar the memory usage goes back down to normal. I did a test while leaving task manager open on the processes tab and in Firefox while on the front page it would jump to 1,039,000k then lock up and eventually crash out. I then used Internet Explorer and it had no issues with the front page.

Wondering if this is repeatable for anyone else or if maybe i just need to try reinstalling firefox..

Thanks for any help

EDIT: It is only happening in Firefox on my Windows XP SP3 desktop. No issues so far in firefox on my laptop that is running Windows Vista.

I haven't noticed any problems on Windows 7 and I have the homepage open on multiple tabs/browsers. Right now my Firefox browser is using 390,000 Kb (without increasing) and I have like 40 tabs open on 2 windows.

I also just tried it on Windows XP through Virtual PC. When the Firefox browser was open and just on the mozilla homepage, it idled at 42,000 Kb and when I went to Crunchyroll and watched it for a few minutes, it idled around 109,000 Kb.

What are your system specs? (processor, ram, free hard drive space on your c: drive, etc.)

Having the same problem since yesterday. Firefox does NOT like the Crunchyroll homepage. If I'm on there for more than a few seconds sometimes the page freezes and gets this opaque white layer over it, and then closes my entire browser. Then I get an error message from Firefox offering to send them information on the problem, but whenever I agree to it always says they were unable to send it. I've tried loading the browser fresh and going back to Crunchyroll and it always crashes again. Firefox updated recently too (maybe that is the problem?).

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.
AMD dual core 3 GHz processor
50GB of 100GB free on my C drive
4 GB ram
