yes, i celebrate my b-day. In school with my close friends, at home with my family.
Nothing much special. I just treat my friends out, and go out with my family buying ice cream, cake and stuffs later.
I find it too hassling to create parties.

I celebrate my birthday and my friends. I know it may be against religion but it's the day you were born. People should be welcomed into this world no matter what religion really says. Plus, when Jesus was born, the three kings brought him gifts...that's kind of like a birthday resemblance...O.o;;;

Yes, but not in a extravagant way. I don't really care much for my birthday.

It goes back to Emperor Constintine; ancient Rome was orginally a paganistic relgious empire until the empire he spent his entire life creating was on the verge of civil war when the Catholic movement began an uprise. In order to avoid said such things Emporer Constintine converted the state into a theistic religion. IMPORTANT NOTE: Before the conversion Constintine and his political affiliates took the "scriptures" of the Catholic religion and modified it to suit whatever needs he had at the time. (Major goal was to ease the masses). To avoid a revolt on both ends he adapted many pagan traditions into the revised edition of what we call now the "Holy Bible" (Old testament):. It is widely believed that the Emporer himself retained his Pagainistic religion until his death.

i feel like religion has not so much changed, but evolved over the years in how much things are stressed - my catholic church def does not frown upon celebrating someones bday. i know when i was younger i brought cookies to sunday classes on my birthday.

but anywho, i love celebrating my bday. mostly just grab a few close friends and go out dt
