I for one used to LOVE shugo chara. I was active on the boards watched like tons of episodes at a time. Constantly read the manga and listened to the theme song but for some reason I just can't being myself to watch it anymore or even play the games its just getting on my nerves. One thing is that its too long to many plot twists to many changes as soon as the thrid ep. of SC party came out I quit doing anything SC related besides reading the manga or come here when I get really board because I thought it was just too much
Anyway the reason I made this is to ask if anyone feels the same way, agree, ect.

I *used* to like Shugo Chara, I remember staying on the boards and flaming every stupid ass that complained about how sucky the subbers were or spamming the wall asking where is the next episode when its 6 days from airing (When CR was still user-uploaded videos), ahh... So much fun during the holidays.
Anyway, I can still like SC, but the fans were the main problem for me, no they didn't do anything to me, when I saw how obsessed some fans were with the anime, and how much fans were flaming a bunch of squares (E.G. calling Tadase girly/gay), I just thought "fuck this" and stopped watching or doing anything related to it after that (Other than roaming the boards)
By the way, not to start a war, but Ikuto is a pedophile, Im not saying this cuz I picked sides with Tadase fans, but because its a fact

Well some ppl think like that but my fav. characters are kukai and ikuto but they got rid of both of them!!! Ughhh!!! any ways that not the point but ya.. felt the need to say that.

Yeah I'm sorry, but I don't like SC party as much as the old SC. I don't have anything against the girls at the beginning of the show, but the SC Pucci Pucci is I think the problem which takes up a LOT of the anime's time. And I'm sorry but I really don't like that Rikka girl and it seems like she's the main character now since most of the episodes are really focused on her and her problems and not Amu's. I still love Shugo Chara, but don't like the changes Peach-Pitt! Sorry!

Don't quite feel the same way. I'm Ok with party the way it is (Although full episodes would be nice), because I can just skip past all the junk and get straight to the video, and it never felt "too short" for me. The anime is long, admittedly. My favourite anime is 70 episodes long with 2 movies. This anime is ~120, and progression through the story is fast paced.
Party 15 was pretty good for me, Rikka is finally getting a guardian character (Noting I'm not a CR member). Things are getting interesting, but noting how there is only 18 known Party episodes, this either means Shugo chara is wrapping up (Tying up loose ends) or moving on (hopefully from it's mistakes).
So yeah, I don't feel the same way, hope you don't mind.

What I'm angry about is how much they DOWNPLAYED Ikuto's leaving..... needless to say I was pissed when all he gave was a silly little kiss with no meaning, instead of 2-3 episodes of Amu and Ikuto's date, then going to where Amu is questioning her feelings of love towards Ikuto, and then finally her confronting him at the airport.
Reminds me of the English Dub of Cardcaptor Sakura episode 70.

I don't not like SC. I agree its getting quite boring but then again I'd rather it being there then to not. I just hope they actually conclude the plot/s correctly. Not being a cliffhanger. Thats my opinion anyway  |

The problem i have with SC is that they dont have AWESOMEMOMENTS between tadase and amu and also amu and ikuto, and SC dokki doki is so boring it has no ikuto at all BORING!! but its ok i guees with the x eggs!

The chacters are still the same and that's all that matters really.

same here. was once a HUGGEEE -when i said HUGE, it's means bigger than any gigagodzila size- fan of SC. heck, i dreamt about the series like... 126582736542 times?
i made tons of fanarts, and a fanfic about the series. practiced hard to imitate PP's drawing style. collected and downloaded like every single SC related stuff from the internet, etc etc etc
and now... whenever someone brings up SC i'll be like: 'meh =-='
the story turned to be so plotless and dragged... whatashame
