Basically when it's done right most women would think it was abit weird but cute or attractive and males just think it's disgusting or secretly want to bone them because they look like girls.

They were saying that women can pull of mens clothes because they have figures. Men are all buff and rough looking, yet women show delicate features and can make anything practically look sexy.
