hello everyone!!

now i create a forum to let you guys knows your name in japanese (katakana)[ カタカナ]!!

okay my name is suhaimi or just call me tsue!!
so my name in japanese are :

suhaimi : スハイミ
tsue : ツエ

note :

to translate your name in japanese, you must know katakana, if you dont, just give your name and let us translate it!! to know more and learn to write katakana go to the page!!

Not at all. Your name (hime) is a Japanese word to begin with, so it SHOULD be in hiragana, and not katakana. Despite this, there are some peculiar Japanese that prefer their names written with Katakana... but strictly speaking, names in katakana are reserved for foreign names with no equivalent in Japanese.

For example, I have a friend who isn't Japanese, but her name just so happens to be "Michiko". Because of this, it's more appropriate to write her name as みちこ instead of ミチコ. It's the name that counts, not the nationality of the person.
