Haha some stories can be pretty graphic, I'm not sure I want to share.

Anyway, so I was working 9 to 5 on my summer job, I got my period but didn't have a tampon or pad, so I stuffed my panties with toilet paper, but I bled through that, through my panties, and through my pants. It was a lot of blood, too. Fortunately, they were black, so you couldn't tell they were damp with blood. Ugh, it was soo gross, walking around for half a day with soggy bloodsoaked pants. I couldn't believe nobody noticed!

Whoa. That's actually pretty gross o.o
It must've been REALLY uncomfortable @_@

Luckily for me, I'm usually in school when this happens. If I suspect I might've gotten my period, I excuse myself from class to go to the washroom. I never have any extra pads with me, but I always have my cellphone with me, so I text a friend and ask them to bring me a pad lol.

I can pretty much feel when I'm about to start, and that should be enough time to prep, but when in a hurry, sometimes I forget (I'll look at the box, but I won't take any out and put them in my bag xD). So there have been a few times where I've gone to the bathroom and saw some spots. Luckily, the first day is always light. After that.... oh boy :D

And then because my body is my worst enemy, it will stop 3-4 days in, skip a day, and return with full force for the last day or two. I am always prepared for that now ^^;;

In 7th grade, I just came home and changed my jeans right after. I saw some period were on my back of jean.. SO embarrassed. Good thing I lived near the school a block away from my house. And the neighborhood is very quiet. Sucks being a girl.

I'm not a girl, but this happened to a niece's friend. She was staying the night with my niece and apparently ran out of tampons or forgot hers.

It was probably 11 at night and all of the sudden they both ran up to me and demanded that I drive them to the store for "girl's stuff" or something like that. At first I didn't get what they were asking, but then I had that "Oh, I get it now" moment and understood what was wrong. After they laughed at me for not catching on fast enough, we hurried to the store.

And then when we got to the store they made me smell the scented boxes while they shopped (and laughed at me some more). I ended up buying them for her as well since they didn't have any money.

I think you are a gentleman

It happen to me before when I just came home from part time job (I was a cashier) when I took out my trousers I noticed a huge stain of blood on it. I dunno how long I've been walking around like that >.< My cousin said she didn't notice a thing because my t-shirt was long. hope so!!

It always happened last year, 2008. Apparently I had a menstrual problem. ~_~ It was ongoing and ongoing for one month, YES. It was horrible. T___T Not just that, it's flow was reeaallly heavy, even worse than the "second day".

I was hospitalized because of anemia. Good thing we had a great doctor. I get sent out or taken home from school in the middle of classes. D:

EDIT: I just remembered I had a stain yesterday, in the middle of class. Dx (I'm already cured btw) my classmate lent me her jacket so I could cover it, good thing it was very near dismissal. I'm going to return the jacket clean of course. XD

Yeah, I've had problems with my period starting and I don't have anything to use. Usually, it's not too heavy and I just use toilet paper. The worst time it happened was when I was at this job interview type thing. I spent two hours at the place and I didn't even realize that I was on my period until I went to the bathroom when I got home. My panties were covered in blood and so were the bottom of my pants D:

A couple months ago and last month were the worst horror stories for me when I was on my period. The first time, I had serious cramps; it felt like somebody was just digging their fist into my stomach and I started having a panic attack after I took some Midol. I was getting really sick, and I eventually threw up twice. After I threw up, I then started to feel a bit better.

It was even worse last month: my cramps were really awful after awhile, so I took one Midol instead of the usual two you're supposed to take. Well, I quickly got nauseous and I started to have another panic attack. I threw up twice, but I wasn't getting any better like last time. I started freaking out even more as the pain got worse and worse. My mom told me to lie down and try to relax, but I couldn't. My body started convulsing and I could barely talk. I tried to force myself to relax by drinking some peppermint tea and using a heating pad to help with my cramps. It went away after awhile, but I'm not looking forward to this month's period D:

Yeah, TMI, but hey, the title is "Horror Period Stories".... XD

Happened in the middle of a Biology class once. I just had to wait it out 'til I could go to the toilet at lunch. They're quite strict about us going to the toilet during classes in my school. They should, however, consider the fact that it's an all girls school. :/

I hate when you're on a fixed schedule and it just comes out of nowhere,
I've had to make a makeshift pad out of tissue, kleenex, even gauze before O.O
But I hate pads. had to send my bf to the store to get tampons.
Thank goodness he's not embarassed.
I also hate when dudes make a big deal out of periods like it's a forbidden topic.
I could see if we CHOSE to have it, but we didnt ...
