But if you're gonna put a gun to my head, here's my list of shows and movies I always watch in Engilsh and never get tired of doing so: Animation Runner Kuromi 1 & 2 Comic Party Fullmetal Alchemist Genshiken Gokudo His and Her Circumstances Jungle Emperor Leo The Movie Magic User's Club Metropolis Nadia; The Secret of Blue Water (ADV dub) - This is one of my favorites; while the accents are iffy at times, the voices for the characters are fantastic, especially the children and the Grandis gang. I don't like eps 23-29 and 32-34 though. Now and Then, Here and There Oh My Goddess Outlaw Star The Slayers (all five seasons) Record of Lodoss War OVA - I have to agree with this. I love this dub, and yes, Lisa Ortiz is great as Deedlit. So is everyone. Too bad the TV dub is weaker (although I DID like most of it) Fullmetal Alchemist The World of Narue Summer Wars Perfect Blue Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (well I have to watch it in English anyway; there's no other language option on my DVD!) Every Single Ghibli film dubbed by Disney — Top favorites: Castle in the Sky, Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Totoro (both dubs), Kiki's Delivery Service and Whisper of the Heart. All of which I have never watched in Japanese and refuse to do so, because the dubs, to me, are just fine.

Well Ortiz DOES tend to have the same voice most of the time, but because I've always enjoyed her voice acting pretty much unreservedly I really don't mind. Unlike some others, though, Lina was not my first exposure to Lisa. Deedlit was, hence why I'm more supportive of that. But make no mistake, her Lina is awesome too.

Its set in England with mainly English characters and there arent really any japan-isms in the writing (you know those phrases which just translate awkwardly because of cultural differences). Shaman King, first anime I watched, saw it in english so it is only in english! Beebop and baccano! are far superior dubbed than subbed too. Unfortunately the list is quite short, I cringe at most of my favourite anime's dubs, it really seems like they often try to get a good male voice actor who fits the character then pull some random woman in off the street and go 'now squeal'.

My Goddess, Baka to Test, Eden of the East, Eureka Seven, Code Geass, Full Metal Panic, ECT The reason I pick listed them is I because some of them I actually grew up watching them as dubbed and I could never take watch the japanese version. As for others, I picked them because they have a great dub track that I can never watch in sub. (Although for the second season of baka, I had got bit mad that some of the jokes/dialog had to changed

The Japanese voice acting is always better for me but maybe I think that since I never give dubs a chance anymore :] Most dubs I've seen sound cheesy or have really bad acting so I guess that's why I feel this way XD Also, since I've been watching subs I've picked up a lot of Japanese and whenever I see subtitles on anything the Japanese words just come into my head O.o I only get annoyed when I can tell that the subs I am reading are badly translated or don't make any sense...
