Kwon Ji Yong to be arrested?

So Ji Yong a.k.a G-Dragon is now in the battle, which he of cause failed. Court states that he may go under arrest and off to jail because of his dry-hump act with Aimee Lee Lucas, at his Shine the Light concert.

It says that She's Gone and Korean Dream is restricted at 19+ of age to be heard, although YG Entertainment chose to allow 12 years and above to enter the concert; it is on their behalf that this is the people’s choice to attend and watch such performance. He is just there as an entertainer to make people laugh and smile; staying happy. As a singer you have to go through hardship and that he has. The plagiarism of ‘Heartbreaker’, to start off no offence but it sounded NOTHING alike to flo-rider’s song.

Now, of course YG had to apologize for all this that's happening; nevertheless this petition is just stating that he shouldn't have to face jail for a year. And other consequences, even if so then community service would be better to face then sitting in a jail cell as your fans are shattered. Waiting for your return to the real world and sing once again, for them to hear you sing and perform is way better than being seated in a cell. Think about it.

Fan or not it would be great to help; he is after all human. You can't hate a person you haven't met or closely study about. This includes all you haters and anti-fans. Help him, like how you couldn’t get Park Jaebeom back into 2PM just because when he was a trainee he said “I hate it here” and stuff, those nonsense messages were because he was still young and foolish. If you were to leave your family for another country, across the world and not see them for over 4 years; how would you feel? Seriously take that into consideration and help Kwon Ji Yong.
