Ok,now we are getting somewhere.

With the Beta Flash and the updated nvidia drivers which support the updated flash I am finally able to watch videos with no stutter.

Unfortunately only 2 out of my 3 computers are supported, but what can you do,

Man, flash is a beast. I hope it dies off because there is no reason watching a video on your computer should tax it soo much.

Well, I am glad you got it 2/3rds fixed. The reason most people use flash for video now is because it protects it from them just directly downloading a video from a stream. If the world was perfect and nobody stole stuff then we wouldn't have any problems, but sadly the people who do steal ruin it for people who don't.

Edit: *Makes it harder for people to download the video*

With the recent release of Flash 10.1 Beta 3 I saw a huge improvement when streaming with IE but it's far from perfect. Firefox and the others... they weren't that bad to begin with save for that little stutter between subs with panning scenes, although it has been... lessened, but it's still annoying none the less.

So, go check it out. Google Adobe Labs and go there, download it and give it a shot. But do I really need to warn you about betas and use at your own risk kind of thing? No? Didn't think so.

I've also found Crunchyroll to be the ONLY streaming video site that has this stuttering problem (Windows 7 x64, ATI 3650, E4600 CPU, 2GB Ram, Firefox). Video is barely even watchable sometimes...

I just downloaded the Flash 10.1 Beta 3, and it seems to have fixed a portion of the stuttering... CPU is still at 60% usage throughout (when it should be GPU accelerated) but at least the stuttering problem is lessened for now.

Keeping in mind that this system can EASILY keep up with h.264 video with hardware acceleration (Media Player Classic Homecinema, Bluray, etc) ...I'm still disappointed in Crunchyroll's player performance... but Flash is a harsh mistress indeed. Not sure who's fault it is in the end...

For those having similar issues, try Beta 3 or above... nothing short of that was even bearable for me.
