Thank you for taking your time to read this whole thing over. It's easy to jump to conclusions. That's why CR gave you and others the big guns so that you guys can mediate these type of things. Unfortunately, mods had to take some of the flak and again, I apologize for that. As long as we let others know what's going on, it shouldn't happen.

If CR got the data from a certain time frame as to who are the winners vs your data as saying you are the winner because of Twitter's discrepancies then it is up to CR to determine who won. I am sorry that the data /Twitter system screwed you over. When I used to go on E-Bay I get screwed by the system when I am bidding for an item and lost because someone bid higher or my refresh button wasn't on par. It seems like there were glitches with Twitter. Anything can happen with technology. Technology is only as good as the maker.

Not to be mean, but people on the other thread were having disagreements that can be deem cat fighting as to who won. I am always a serious person. Because of people disputing as who won and Twitter's flaw system that it is a bummer for contests in the future because they are going to be a pain in the ass with more rules and requirements. I don't believe she was personally taking it out on you or anyone. It is a fact that when someone complain or something doesn't turn out the way it is suppose to there will be changes made whether for the worse or the better.

I believe the majority of CR members feel bad for you and anyone else who feels that they should have won, but regrettable no one foresee the outcome of this contest as to the flaw of Twitter's system.

If you want a formal apology then you should email/write to CR instead of doing it on the form. When I have a complaint or complement I write a letter.

As I stated many times already, we attempted to resolve this through PMs and which none were answered in a timely manner. The way CR chose the winners did not include everyone who participated. That in itself should be cause for review. The way many of us figured out how to find out the winners can be found on the first thread of the contest announcement. Had CR took the time to read over these posts, they would have figured out that their method was flawed.

There was absolutely no cat fight. It's strange and absurd to even say that. As I recall, there was one of us that may have had been emotional at a point, however, we were posting evidence and merely trying to figure out the winners. There were smilies going around and we were quite civilized in that sort of predicament. Even at the end of that thread, the other user agreed that the system was faulty, although on their favor. On top of this, we have all worked it out prior to this thread being created. It was CR and their lack of professionalism to provide answers to simple questions.

Also, it sounds like you want me to just bow down and allow such a thread to go on while many ignorant people who post single line responses don't know the whole story. Even before I started posting here, there were others that had figured out that there were no sore losers, that this was a misconception brought on (purposefully or not) by michana.

I won my Utada tickets and I have been apart of this whole situation and I do feel that Eimiiho has been wronged. She missed an opportunity to get her tickets and then on top of that she has been treated indifferently by CR. I don't know where YOU get off saying anything.

I merely responded to your comments maturely and I already stated my case to you a number of times. What part do you not understand? This isn't at all about the prize as it is about how CR is handling it.
