Bleach eh, I told them for two months that they need this show damn it =p! Pressure the licensing companies or something for this is major challenger missing in action =p! BLEACH in 720p I could live with that not to mention all the episodes in the catalogue o.o!

C'mon! Bleach?? There is already a television broadcast on Adult Swim. That contract is probably exclusive, so there is nothing CR can do without getting sued out of existence.
Viz is the U.S. license holder and they have a contract with Adult Swim. That means they can't sell into another market as long as Adult Swim is airing the show on its network. TV networks, when they get their hands on a property, aren't keen on sharing.
Sure, Disney may be airing Naruto on one of its channels as well, but Crunchyroll had a deal for simulcast first, and that contract was probably non-exclusive for a television broadcast. That means Viz was free to shop the dub around to any television network it wanted. Contracts. Contracts.

And as I said in my first comments, a gem is there. Give Durarara a look as it's got a great cast, a jazzy soundtrack, and if you liked Baccano! it's made by the same people!
