Does it seems like many people want a smaller waist? In the 19th century women wanted to have a smaller waist line to fit in to corset, and they even take out their rib cage. What is your extreme to want a smaller waist line?

Work out and stop being so damn lazy in doing it, but of course people want the easy way out, so they do plastic surgery, take medications, and stick their fingers down their throat when it's not that hard to go out and take a walk or do a couple of sit ups in your room.

It's sad to know how far some people in our society will go just to be skinny.

Sit-ups and walking don't actually lose that much pounds you need extreme workout. If you're not sweating hard and your muscle aren't tired your not really giving your body a full workout.

I know but it's a start, right?

That's why I take boxing. It's really fun. We burn 1,000 calories with each lesson, but I guess the down side is that every muscle in your body is sore afterward...but at least you get to punch stuff.

Yep I agreed with you that people need to eat right and exercise, but some people are with wider frames. They eat and exercise but they still have a fuller figure.

I watching tv and this show had some interesting exercise with dancing, pilates, and yoga combine together, so women have a s curve body shape.

Well there is a place, that I saw on Oprah, where these women would try to be gain weight, so men would want them. In this place, the fatter the women are, then the more likely a men would want her.

I guess it's different in different places. In this show, they talk about the most obsession about being slim is Brazil.

yeah I know want to go back to a size one. I was a size one when I was really active. I walked to my english school then to my chinese school then I walk home. I would play volleyball, tennis, four square, and swim. I gain weight, then I lost back the weight with yoga, badminton, tennis, swimming, and walking. I was a vegetarian for three months and I lost a lot weight, but I did not mind not eating meat, because I like my vegetable and fruit a lot. I gained back weight with lack of exercise. Now I am back exercising hopefully going back to a size one, because I feel healthy at that size.
