Hey guys,
I wanted to keep this a secret until the entire team feels it is ready for prime time. But as some of you might have already heard, we've been working on a Crunchyroll IPhone App. A candidate was released last friday in order to get feedback.

Currently it is still Alpha release, so there are still some bugs that need to be worked out -_-. Please try it out. Any suggestions, comments, or bug reports are greatly appreciated~! For now, it is WiFi only. to anyone using iPhone or iPod Touch with the OS 3.0 or greater.

The Crunchy IPhone App currently supports watching non-premium videos (basically anything after 1 week broadcast), logging in, accessing guestbook/profile and writing on other's guestbook. Premium members can log in to skip ads. Oh yeah, the App is free~!

We'll be incorporating your feedback to make the Beta release really awesome, so don't be shy =D

I can watch vids on my iPod touch?!?! Woohoo!!! Now If I can only get a super battery for my iPod!

I got this app a few hours ago and it seems pretty good, but there is one major flaw.You can only watch videos on Wi•Fi connections.Even though all other similar apps allow you to use 3G and edge including adult rated content that is free.I do pay a monthly fee for Crunchyroll service cuz i like to support the cause but there needs to be more options cuz if i have WiFi then im just gonna use the desktop.

I just dl the app... so far so good, my only suggestion would be able to access my inbox, view buddy list. Thank you for launching this app for IPhone. Any ideas on when Beta might be released?

yes, ipod touch is supported, as long as it runs OS 3.0 or higher

okay then i have some to look forward too when i get my taxes back (mainly an ipod touch) to go with this application. Thanks for working so hard and making such a cool add on, that hopefully everyone will be able to enjoy :3

Like I posted in the unofficial thread:
It doesn't seem to be able to send video out to my MyVu visor. (It will play the sound but the video stays on the iphone screen)
I'm probably in the extreme minority (of people who have iphone accessories that take video out) but I would love this app a whole lot better if it could properly use my MyVu.

It baffles me why it doesn't work because the cr media player looks so similar to the youtube and ipod media players.. (those both work fine with my accessory)
