So, what i want to know is if i were to have two Xbox 360s and buy, lets say, Tekken 6.
Can i install the game to both consoles harddrives, and still be able to play online and
everything on both 360s?

Installing the games to the hard drive doesn't mean you'd be able to play it without the disc. If video games worked like that, the business would lose soooooo much money.

If the question is playing them with two discs (of the same game) both in the 360s simultaneously, then yes, you'd be able to play on both systems. No reason why you wouldn't.

Technically this might work if you had your gamer profile on both xbox's and paid to download the game. Then you could just run your profile on one console and play it straight from the HD and on the other create a new profile and play it from disc there. You could also just buy a second disc.

There is however no way to play two games online on the same gamer profile at the same time. The problem is that your profile can only be online and active at one console at a time. So if a second console tried to go online with your profile while a different console was already online with it xbox lve would simply spit out an error and you wouldn't be able to connect online.

You still need the disc inside the xbox to verify that you own the game, otherwise people would just rent games and the industry would loose a lot of money :P.
