I think I have once decided to kiss one guy outta the blue and he was a lil surprised but didn't complain. And it happened once that i denied one guy from kissing me... But it was on the 1st date... so yeah... never kiss on 1st date (unless you are in a hurry or on fire). But it was too soon for me and also I wasn't in to that guy much...
