Dango Daikazoku From Clannad is cute too.
Kobato's Ashita Kuru Hi is really cute aso like Shohee i love it when she sings the high notes! Ah Just adorable!
Also It's not very Lullabyish or even sad but it fills me with hope, K-on's Give me wings or Tsubasa Wo Kudasai, Alot of other anime's use this song too in more slow versions but the first time i heard it it was from K-On
