Of the ones in the poll, Kirby Super Star, because it has a nice variety of things to do, in which most people can find something they like. But my actual favorites are all the RPGs for the system. (Well, okay, most of them.) Then you have the fun off-beat (pun not intended) game like Daigasso! Band Brothers, released in some areas as Jam With the Band.

Out of the 3 I would go with kirby. Wish there were more options and also I enjoyed diddy kong racing better than mario kart.

Of those, Kirby Superstar Ultra. Mario Kart is ok, although I was able to finish everything pretty quickly. Cooking Mama is the kind of stuff I hate on the DS.
My true favourite games on DS are the RPGs, such as Final Fantasy, Pokémon, TWEWY, Dragon Quest, Kingdom Hearts etc. Also stuff like Castlevania and Zelda.
