They're all girls if you ask me! Men should be the one to "take care" of things, not complain like sissies!

Edit: Since "T-Rish" asked me so kindly i will let you know if i am posting instead of her. So - Daniels post

It depends on what they are ranting about.

Sometimes mutual hatred can bring people closer together.

But on the other hand, sometimes you just have to suck it up and tolerate certain crap.

What do I think of men that rant too much?

Well. I think that they should shut up for a bit.
I mean, ranting a little bit is okay, but too much is over the top.

Do men also complain so much about practically everything? What do you think of men of who rant too much?

I honestly think they're a bunch of women. But sometimes, I cant help ranting myself. I feel like letting it out during those "limit" moments.

Do you feel the same way? Or are you the extreme silent type who can always keep it all inside? Or do you honestly rant just about every single day of your life?

If you are the ranting type, who do you commonly rant to during those moments?

Note: No flaming. No offensive, sexist comments please.

(To "minimods" who seem to aspire to become future mods and do practically nothing else but suck up and notify of duplicate threads, don't even bother.

There is a rant thread but it doesn't talk about people ranting in general. This is my thread and I can say anything I want: frankly, of all CR users, flamers and mods included, you people piss me off the most!)

my ex-husband never shared his emotions, and essentially, it drove us to divorce.

my last boyfriend is a ranter. Drives me nuts (he is now one of my best friends, but I'm glad we aren't together anymore)

my current boyfriend is more than capable of dealing with his emotions without ranting. He is cheery, hopeful, and believes that anger is a waste of energy.

Of the three, I'll take the last one any day of the week... every day of the week if I can get it! It is wonderful to be with a man who knows how to smile and share without flying off the handle everytime someone cuts him off in traffic, or takes the last box of Fruity Pebbles.

Ranting can very easily become abusive, first verbally and emotionally, then psychologically, the physically. Ranting is an indication of a major anger problem, and terrible things can happen in extreme anger that are very difficult to mend once the anger is gone.

Ranting can be annoying, but I don't mind a guy that actually opens up and talks. Actually, I prefer that. Most guys I've become close with tend to keep to themselves and keep me guessing, which I hate, especially because my guesses are always far-fetched and totally wrong. This leads to worrying and presumptions that I don't need. If the guy would just tell me the damn facts and his feelings it'd be so much easier! Ranting might be too much, though, leave the stupid endless babbling to me.

What's the problem? There's more than enough things to rant about in the world.

RWARA GIGA SHARATAR LIGA TOSZA FIARAR OGA CHIGGLE BAM!

....yeah, my friend....he's got problems.

But on to the topic, I don't think there's too much of anything wrong with it.
Ranting happens. Something piles up and ticks you off so much...and snap. It comes out and everyones got to here it. The world needs to know what you just need to say.

So please men, like everything in life, in moderation. Haha

Depends how he rants, and whether I can join in or just let him talk and talk and bore me to death horniness...slowly...dying....

Posted 8/19/11
It's cool, I guess. Never bothered me much.

I rant quite often. I'm rather theatrical and over-the-top in how I do it though. I'm a ham, in other words. Though I think my most memorable rants are those on eugenics as well as my "what is evil?" rant.

I don't like people that rant just to rant about something for the day. If they aren't putting their ideas or feelings into it, they're doing it wrong. Words were meant to elaborate on those.... sentiments, after all.

I ignore people who aren't worth my time nor waste any of my brain cells to get tht person to understand..... so it saves me from ranting at all
