You are more unsafe then you may think!

• Every time you make a search on Google it could log any illicit information such as medical conditions, illegal activities, illicit interests, financial information, even Social Security numbers.

• Every time your using your favorite P2P program a bot secretly inspects all the files you have currently downloaded. Logs it's information and then walks away with it in just a split second. You may just get the RIAA knocking at your door one day.

• Some ads on websites track your IPs. Why do you think you see all those, "FIND LOVE TONIGHT IN (Insert your city here in caps), GUARANTEED!"

• The Department of Homeland Security(If you live in the US) always tracks every international flight you ever make.

• If you own a website and your own DNS address, people can use public tool at www.whois.net to do a search on your website address. With it they can find out your home address, phone number, and other private information.

• Some collages track everything you do on their computers. I know in my school some IT tech guy got fired because he used the logs to get into his ex-girlfriends myspace.

So I ask you fellow CR members. How safe are you? Do you notice a change in your SPAM titles? "Buy Anime DVD's now FOR CHEEP!" I do at times. I even take all the precautions with firewalls, firefox, and spybot. With all that I'm still slightly vulnerable.

Here is a little task you can do. Go to google and type in your full name and see what pops-up. If your a little daredevil then search your social security and/or your credit card number. If you get any results with that...You better get it deleted somehow soon.

|: don't give a fuck about privacy.

People can get information about you. But you can get more information about your victim. It's called fairness...

Most people get away with downloading questionable things. Just hope your are not picked for the MPPA or RIAA lucky lottery. They usually attack the people who host the illicit files.

1984 was true in it's message. You also have to understand however, you must give up privacy to win security. How much you let your government take is up to you.

yeah..unless you happen to have no communication at all i.e. isolated in an island .alone. XD..
but seriously..i really think so it's true...
i mean when you buy stuff with your credit card, they can trace it to you and somehow use it to profile you..and if im not mistaken cars made after th 80's have something called transponders so,the government can trace where exactly you are(if you're in the car XD) with their eyes hovering in space.looking at us.
always
watching
our
every
move
..lol
i feel scared (i scared myself. bwaha)

so what if people know I'm a hentai fan!! there are people out there weirder than me!! I have nothing to worry about!

also __ there are BILLIONS of Internet users on Earth, keeping track of every last one makes it difficult to home in on a single person... unless your search history is REALLY outstanding.

i googled myself; and i got my name in some petitions i signed; and this girl saying i got her into cosplay. (????) creepy how she knows my first &last.
