Do You Act Differently Around Gay / Lesbian People?
Posted 2/19/10
I don't act differently around gays at all. Actually one of my good friends is gay and I've gone to his house to play RE5 and L4D2. I see it as everyone has their own opinion, if you like the same sex thats you and thats all that matters.

My mom had an employee for years who was gay so I'm comfortable with gay men
Lesbians on the other hand.... lets just say I try not to act differently. Well as long as they don't hit on me. That'd be really awkward

Hey Crunchy..Rollers

today, whilst I was at my girlfriends fashion show for our Year in School (Year 10) We came across her close friend, Gabriel.
We got along fine, all 3 of us, until he said "My boyfriend will be here soon"
Now, its human nature i was shocked. Sure, he looked like he could pull any girl on the west side of earth.

Now anyway, i felt bad, for thinking he was different, and after a while about talking about clothes (Yes, im a boy who likes clothes )

anyway, why is gay relationship prohibited in many countries? they cannot help it. Im straying here. my main question is.

Do you act differently around Gay / Lesbian people?

Dont be the hero and say no, unless you mean it.
I do, i have nothing against them, its just the fact its not something im used to.
And the fact i described them as people annoyed me a bit, they are the same as us.

Anyway.

Answer away!

of course i do, i beat them and take thier money often...i also beat straight people and take thier money, but i also rape the straight people..peace over war

Not really well maybe for lesbian people but I treat gay ppl like I would treat another dude no homo.

LOL. You mean when you KNOW they're gay? Because otherwise, you'd probably act the way you usually do. Not all gay people are in your face about it all of the time.

Really I could care less. It's their life and no concern of mine but then that's my viewpoint on a lot of things so no, I don't treat them differently and I don't assume that just because a girl is a lesbian she is going to hit on me either.

I have a number of homosexual friends and I've always met their significant others. I think I've been exposed to it so much that I don't even bat an eye when they cuddle or kiss in front me. At one point I remember if I did see a gay/lesb couple I would stare for a bit. But that was more out of curiosity because where I'm from, you don't see people being openly gay. I think the constant exposure has washed away any discomfort I might have ever felt.
