Not real friends O.o

A person makes friends, money can only make greed

Not real friends; those are the ones who're after your money. they don't deserve to be called friends. backstabbers or gold-diggers is more like it.

"Money makes the world go round"

Yes, I'm quite aware of that and in fact, I believe in the saying itself.
But yes, we do have our own sort of ways in terms of improving social and emotional relationships with other people such as interacting with the same interests, ideals, etc.

Though, I agreed since money does improve your friendship and thus I see it as a fact that is also a start of most of your relations with others. If no, then it means that your conversing skill is quite diminishing. >;D
Keep in mind though that what I said doesn't really apply to the topic itself, but is just a biased opinion and nothing else.

Actually, I'm betting if you donate to schools and whatnot, you'll probably be granted a seat, or at least a recommendation.

what if since you donated to that school you granted a child-hitler
access to an education, who later goes on to kill millions of people -
much more then that school would hold in years and years
who otherwise would not have been able to have an education, if it wern't for donation..

what then Lol

Money attracts attention and fakes if that's what you mean. :L

Well, that depends on how you define "friend." If you're just looking for someone who will always be there physically, then yes it does. Most people will want to be around you because they think that a lot of money equals more stuff for them. They're like flies around a piece of dog shit (the money, not you.)

Not true. Friends like you for you, not your money.

This.

There's a girl in my class who buys her friends (literally - a bag of Hot Cheetos, a pencil with a bell-like charm, and $20 usually seals it). All of her "friends" talk about her behind her back. She's fully aware of this.

Another reason I dislike her, though.
