This is a point found in the very center of the world, where all the points of the land meet. The magic density of this point is the highest than any other place in the world.

The Platform can be summoned if the magic alignment of the Triangle found in the Pentacle is done right.

To enter into Sa'eer, the Guardian will ask for equal payment for what you seek.
Incase you are unable to fulfill the payment, she will kill you herself and sentence your soul to eternal damnation.

The five warriors stood around in a pentacle, one in each region, ready to fight anyone who tried to enter into Sa'eer.

Gorgon casted the spell, his eyes as dark as bottomless pits as he cut his hand and let the blood drip into a puddle at the circle drawn at his feet, then he stepped back.

A second later, magic that would have burnt lesser mages into ash, pounded through his veins. He stood still and waited as the magic drew from his own power and a figure started materialising in front of him.

The shape or face was nothing but pure light, yet the voice that spoke was female.

"You have summoned Sa'eer. The Divinity. " The voice said in an echo.
"What is it that you seek?"

"The Book of Universe." Gorgon said. "The scripture that holds all the secrets of the universe and my last qi."

"Can you offer something of equal value." The voice said.

Gorgon smiled mirthlessly, he pointed towards his left. "To the East, I give you the realm of the watchers, the delicate balance of the world that they maintain."

"To the West." He pointed to his right. "I give you the ones called the Cursed ones. They hold the very balance of Light and Darkness themselves."

"And to the South...." He said, completeing the triangle as he pointed behind him. "I give you the very fate of the world itself."

The divinity stood still as she regarded the offerings.

Gorgon did not move, the Guardian of Sa'eer had the power to kill the gods, if they tried to bypass without her permission.

Then the voice reverbrated, "Very well. You may pass."

****
Gorgon walked through the Platform, towards the center. The magic was getting heavier, denser, no mortal could bear it.

He came upon the book which was a burning white light, that blazed as it sat on the podium and his face was a look of savage triumph.

"Did they think they had me beaten?" He asked and his laughter was cold and harsh. "Did they think if they strip me of my powers and send me to the world as a human, they would be able to PUNISH ME?"

He circled the book, then slowly stepped upto the podium. "Now I will show them true power and the extent of revenge."

He whispered a spell and the there were loud screeches or magic all around him, sparks emitted from the book and then very slowly, the book and Gorgon began merging.

Serena groaned as she woke up, her head blurring with the fuzzy feeling of drugs she'd learnt to recognise only too well while in the army. Vaguely her head noted that this time it wasn't Laion, but the black swirls in her head hung a papery quality to the reality around her. She moaned again, rubbing a hand across her eyes, before sitting up and taking notice of her surroundings. There were six bodies scattered around her, placed as if they'd been thrown in as soon as the door to the cage was opened. Staggering upright, she weaved her way over to the bars, tripping a few times and swaying drastically before the bars invitingly offered her support. Another groan alerted her to another person waking, and turning her rapidly clearing head, she saw Seth sit up and hit his head a couple of times before shaking it violently and falling backwards, waiting for the world to stop spinning. Serena crossed on now steady legs to crouch beside him.

'Why do you think we're here?'

Shyama glanced around, seeing rooms of every kind through squares and circles and waves. He glanced down at the mirror still in his hand, angling it slightly. Darkness, shapes, bars... and a person, waking up as though drugged. He recognised Serena's profile and climbed through the mirror and out of the mirror world into the cage. Serena jumped backwards when he suddenly appeared.

'Shyama?' Seth asked. He glanced around at the other five Stigmas, still asleep and looking relaxed, even in their uncomfortable, crumpled positions. 'How did you get here?' Shyama waved the mirror.

'Mirror travel. Why are you in a cage?'

'No idea,' Serena answered. 'As there are only Stigmas here, though, I think it's something to do with that.' There was a click at the door. 'Go!' she hissed at him. 'You may well be our only contact. Get out!' Shyama glanced at the door to the dark cell in which the cage was positioned, and stepped into the small hand mirror. The door clicked and opened.

Nina groaned and raised an arm weakly, clutching at her head. 'Where are we?' she slurred, glancing around with blurry vision at the two shapes standing up. One of them replied.

'I've only just woken up,' it said. Her clearing vision identified the shape as Seth. 'Serena's been awake the longest.'

'No idea,' Serena said as Nina turned to her. 'We are most definitely trapped though.' The three slumped shapes stirred, and moans came from them as they raised dizzy heads. They all turned towards the sounds, Nina moaning again as her head spun.

'What the hell, Regis? What's going on?' one of them said.

'I dont know Kiseki. I've just woken up.'

'We're trapped,' supplied Seth helpfully.

'No kidding,' Kiseki grumbled as his head cleared enough to see the bars through slightly blurred vision. 'Why can't I see well?' There was silence.

'Drugs,' Serena said at last. 'It'll wear off soon.' Everyone turned to stare at her. 'What? I was drugged too. But Laion's been giving me this kind of drug for so long to force me to sleep, it no longer has so much effect. The only reason I slept as long as I did was because it was a high dosage. The effects for you will wear off in about five minutes.'

Aerin struggled with the darkness in her mind, dark spirits flying all around her. She felt she couldn't move, flail her arms to bat away the darkness. "Someone please help," she cried, near tears from fear. The darkness instantly ripped apart and disappeared. She felt a groaning in her head.
"Eh? Az?" she asked aloud. Aerin now woke up from the hazy dream. She lay sideways on the stone floor, her ankles chained together in an odd glimmering metal. "Is that you?"
Ah...yeah. You okay? she asked groggily. Aerin nodded and asked the same. The angel just grunted in response, then hesitated and grunted again. Damn, that bastard bound my power.
"What? So then..."
I won't be able to come out unless you find a way to break the bindings, the angel concluded. He put seals on me, which may have been the reason why I was knocked out.
"I see...Ah!" Aerin gasped when she realized she was alone. She looked from right to left and to the door, but even in the poor lighting, there was no one. She frowned, feeling the shadows press against her.
Don't let it get you down, the angel huffed. Aerin asked if the angel was alright, and she grunted again. I'm fine--I'll get over my lack of power. But don't let this psychological crap get to you. Surely you can access your power? Aerin hesitated, then closed her eyes and felt around. A numbing sensation filled her body and she looked at her feet. So the bastard thought of that, too--a charm to nullify your magic.
"But...!"
What he didn't think of restricting was harmless magic.
"So then..."
Yeah, she grunted in pain again, you can most likely use magic that will tear down the seals on my power, and, if you're lucky, destroy that charm as well. Or, if I take over, I can just smash the thing. The angel laughed, but grunted in pain again. Aerin hugged her knees.
"Az, it's so dark in here." She hugged her knees tighter and squeezed her eyes shut. "I hate it."
Ah, that's why you've got me here, the angel consoled. Even if I don't have a body anymore, I would still be here, because I know you hate being crammed up in a hell hole. That's why I'm breaking us out of here, and finding the others, once you've got me released....You're not alone in this, girly. You've got people who care about you, and you know you care about them--that's why you can't lose them. Aerin wiped her damp eyes, then stretched her legs and formed her hands in her casting position. She could feel the angel grin. Come on, find a spell already and get me out of here! I'm feeling cramped.
"Mm!" Aerin grunted as a small, but sturdy, ball of light shone in her cupped hands, ignoring the almost numbing sensation in her feet. It glowed purely as ancient text flew around it, finding spells to break the seals.

"Interesting, I've been captured," said Rosseau, startling everyone. "As much fun as this could be, I don't plan on staying."
"I doubt they'd just let you walk out of here," said Serena.
"There's a barrier here to prevent people from getting in, not out. I could teleport myself and one other but that would be it."

Shyama glanced through the mirror again, angling it to check the room and the door. He saw nothing out of place, and went back through, appearing as Rosseau was saying 'a barrier here to prevent people from getting in, not out. I could teleport myself and one other but that would be it.' He grinned.

'Actually,' said Shyama, making everyone jump and glance around. 'There's a teleportation barrier too. You wouldn't be able to use it. It doesn't block a certain degree of power, it just confuses the direction so that you end up no more than two centimetres away from where you started. You can't do anything with it.'

Rosseau stared. 'How do you get here then?'

'I'm a mirror traveller. There's no barrier against using entirely different worlds, indeed, I doubt that there is one in existance anywhere. However, some of the magic against teleportation is leaking through, and I can't take anyone.'

"So we cant get out and nobody can come in." Nina said a little worried.
"Where is Gorgon?" Winter asked.
"He left through there." Serena said pointing to her left.

Nina looked at the blackness that seemed to be nothing and took a step towards it and flew back as magic coursed through her body. She crashed into Kiseki and Regis and groaned.

"Heh. Let me." Ciar said and he went still then staggered back, looking dazed.

Suddenly a brilliant light shone around them, blinding them.
"You dare tresspass." A terrible voice said and all of them shrank back. "You will pay with eternal damnation."

Nina gasped as black hands erupted around them and began dragging them into the platform's surface.

'Ah,' Ciar said, looking around. 'The guardian, right?' There was silence. The dragging continued. 'Wait!' Ciar shrieked. 'I can make a deal!' The dragging stopped, and he straightened up. He had the feeling that the light had raised an eyebrow, though it didn't have any. Ciar glanced around. 'Who knows how?'

Suddenly there was sound like breaking glass and they all turned to see Aerin stagger out.
She yelped as she began getting sucked in too.

"Out of the frying pan and into the fire." Cair said cheerfully as they all got sucked in deeper. "Some one make a deal QUICK."

"We wish to enter into Sa eer." Aerin cried.

"What is it that you seek?"

"We want to stop Gorgon." Nina cried. And like not get eternally damned. She thought but decided not to voice it outloud.

"Can you offer something of equal value?"

"We're going to kill him." Ciar said. "And return whatever is it that he's after." He added as an afterthought.

The guardian considered their offering.

"Very well. You may pass." She spoke and the cage disappeared and they all stopped getting sucked in.
Nina looked up to see a long passageway that hadnt been visible in the darkness.

'Well, that worked,' commented Ciar cheerfully. Serena glared at him.

'We nearly died,' she said. 'How is that working?'

'We didn't die,' Shyama pointed out. 'Now, I'm guessing we have a limited time to get up that passageway, so I suggest we start moving.' He glanced behind him. 'Quickly.'

Aerin was amongst the group when they made their way through the hall. It was winding and unforgiving in the dark, but she called up a lit ball that floated with them after she tripped for the third time in under two minutes.
"It looks like it's coming to an end," Serena said after they ran for a little while.
"How can you tell?" Nina asked as she jogged.
"The walls are getting closer," Aerin murmured. "The air is heavy with old magic." After she said that, the others could pick up the unsettling feeling as well, which slowly increased as they ran further into the unknown.
"Gorgon's there," Nina growled.
"Oo, I smell a fight," Shyama said giddily.
"This isn't something to be happy about," Aerin frowned. "Gorgon might sense us when we get nearer, so everyone needs to stay quiet and not use much magic as possible, in order to, hopefully, catch him off guard. This place is concentrated in magic, so it could be in our favor or be against us."
"How can you tell such a thing?" Seth asked, a bit confused.
Aerin just looked ahead. "The magic is alive."

As they traveled, they spotted a mansion. It was your typical gothic haunted house kind of deal. The group seemed to ignore it but Nina noticed that Rosseau had stopped when he had spotted the mansion. Then, suddenly, Rosseau burst out screaming then fainted.
