The economic crisis in the U.S. is causing our state to cut classes and teachers next year. Which classes and/or teachers do you think should be cut first, were this to happen in your country or state? (Not: Which do you think will be cut first?)

Sports. We spend too much money on them. My school has a gym built in, but the school board decided that we needed another one. Three schools in the district got one I think and I heard they costed about $250,000 each.

Well not cut them entirely just calm down on the spending.

I think RE is important! (That's Religious Education, for those who don't abbreviate it)
I find it very interesting learning about different cultures and shizz.
.... though it didn't help a certain friend of mine who thinks all Muslims are suicide bombers. >_>

I'd do away with "modern studies". We do that here and it's about social issues like our aging population and government ect ect.
I didn't learn a damn thing in the two years I took it.

I think Math should be cut.
Because Math was made to serve the purpose of Science.
And Religious Studies.

ROTC. Over here, if you're in ROTC, you're the sh**.

It may be important, but we can live without it.
