Hey guys,

Now that Global Shinkai Day is over, we wanted to thank all those who participating in all the festivities!

We hope that everyone enjoyed watching Makoto Shinkai's films like 5 Centimeters per Second, Place Promised in our Early Days, and Voices of a Distant Star while it was available.

Thanks to everyone who watched, supported GSD and, of course, Cherry Blossoms Falling for helping manage the forums and discussions.

We'll see you next year for the 3rd Annual GSD!

Love the 720p videos. Anyways I just wanted to say that I very much enjoyed global shinkai day. i saw every movie and watched voices of a distant star twice. Thank you for that, it was fun.
