Pee is 99% water anyways. That and the actual urine is so far known to be completely harmless to the body. I wouldn't be too picky if the situation was bad enough.
Actually, It's sort of odd, but drinking urine can improve your immune system by recycling small doses of bacteria and continuing to structure defenses against it.
Urine isn't dangerous to drink, though the existing bacteria can make you sick. It's also something I wouldn't recommend unless in a survival situation without any purified H20. As a forethought it'd probably be healthier to drink urine instead of dirty water sources, and depending where you are at the rain too.
Also, yes. Conditioning your body improves resistances. Taking in bacteria and growing accustom to it can help improve survivability. Not really odd when you consider how amazing the human body is.
