Originally the series was TV-14 in Japan but the turned it into a kids show here. It's always like that. Anime in Japan is usually uncut on TV and aimed a teens and adults. Don't listen to any person from the west or online encyclopedias. ALWAYS go to the source

Thats why i was wondering if this was cut as well.

Judaism and other religious practices that call for it likely does not exist in this fictional world. Nor are they influenced by the 19th century "let us circumcise the boys to reduce masturbation" mentality that came out of Europe that was the attributing factor towards it being so mainstream today.
