the only difference ive seen is the increased anxiety/fear of rejection in mangas because of attitude approach to homosexuals. but thats about it.

Yaoi/Yuri > Hetero any day for me however.

Yep, when you want to be drowned with sweetness read Yaoi. If you want something hot read Yuri. Personally Yaoi makes me feel like I want to blush. ^^
