I could become an excellent writer, or an amazing musician. I kinda want to be a musician... But I think I'll pursue that as more of a hobby.

I also use this telekinesis to make my coffee. right now I am typing this message with my mind.

The best example of this is: Hypnosis and Subliminal Messages. But, what you are talking about is closer to: Autosuggestion and maybe Binaural_beats. Now, with your " whatever I wanted something hard enough I'd always get it without ever asking for it" can also fall under the lines of a form of hypnosis. But, this is unlikely due to the nature of you not doing the preparations beforehand. So, your last thing " I'm at times highly intuitive or lucky." is pretty logical. So, yeah...this was my two cents here

Sometimes later rather than sooner. I just say "wake up! wake up! wake up!" over and over really fast until I do.
