They'll probably just be side-stories unrelated to the main plot, but I think this is quite awesome of CR to do. We will be getting the DVD-only episodes that aren't part of the TV broadcast:


Rob Pereyda, VP of licensing at Crunchyroll, noted on Twitter that they "will stream DuRaRaRa 25-26 and SoRaNoWoTo 13-14 the same day as Japanese home video."

According to CDJapan's dates, the first DVD-only episode will be included with Volume 4 and released on 06/23. The second DVD-only episode will be included with Volume 7 and released 09/22. Though those dates may change or get delayed a bit. Here are the item listings:

Thanks for posting this info here. Site banner still saying 13 will air on 3/29 which is confirmed wrong now. Nice the CR can get these OVAs as part of the streaming...it will be a wait.

Has anyone heard anything more on these eps lately? If the bonus ep does stream on Crunchyroll this coming Wednesday I wonder what time and whether or not I should try and take a half day off from work just so I can see it the moment it becomes available (the eps used to become available right at noon on Mondays where I live).

The first half of episode 7.5 is now streaming for free on the official Soranowoto website:

This site is intended for a Japanese-speaking audience so there aren't any subtitles.
(It's also low-res and doesn’t seem to have a full-screen option.)

The BD/DVD with this episode (vol. 4) came out yesterday.

As I'm sure most of you will have noticed by now.....one of the bonus episodes has finally been released here on Crunchyroll. But correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it's not episode 7.5. I think it's episode 12.5, because it appears to take place after the events in episode 12.

Still anxiously awaiting the bonus episode with the members of Felicia's old squad. Or at least hope they release it on the hopefully forthcoming "Blu-Ray" release of this series from Nozomi here in the states.
